What Is the $WINDOWS.~BT folder in Windows 10? Can You Delete It?

Both folders after upgrading to Windows 10–both Windows.old and $WINDOWS.~BT folders, which contains your previous Windows installation.
Windows should delete these files to free up space after 10 days in the Anniversary Update or 30 days if your PC hasn’t upgraded to the Anniversary Update yet.
